Harley-Davidson rolls out the FXS Blackline

The creative genuises at the shop of Harley Davidson just released a Softail motorcylce coming from their Dark Custom movement tagged as the FXS Blackline. The new Blackline is pared to its bone and gives you the honest, black rebellious look combined with raw power and mechanical beauty.

The 2011 Harley Davidson FXS Blackline has its crankcase in a black powder coat as well as the covers for the rocker box, transmission side, and the outer primary. The cylinder is treated with machined highlights and silver powdercoat. The timing and derby covers gets the glit of chrome finishing.

The heart of the new Blackline is a V-Twin powerplant Twin Cam 96B with sequential port electronic fuel injection that gives out a torque of 89 ft. lbs while at 3250 revs per minute. The powerful engine is coupled with a Cruise Drive six-speed transmission.

This new Harley rolls on black aluminum rims hugged by D402 tires from Dunlop. The front comes at 21 by 2.15 inch wheels on the front and 16 by 3 inches at the back.

The fuel tank gets an assymetrical profile with low profile fill for the right and a clean one on the left. The center of the tank gets a die cast trim panel covering the fuel pump. The Blackline gets a bobbed tail with a combo of turn, tail, and stop light in a black housing.

Riders will also be comfortable with the Spit Drag handlebars and two-up seat which is the lowest being offred by Harley-Davidson.
